Starting Off
When you first log in to Sepescape you should see this
At this area you will find the various shops to buy and sell items throughout Sepescape.
Training
To start training type ::train you will be taken to the rock crab location. Don't worry about only being lvl 3, you will level up quickly. Rock Crabs drop 50k and 15 FOG tokens per kill. They also drop charms which you should collect to train summoning. Make sure to collect these as they can be spent on valuable things later. I recommend just staying at rock crabs and getting 99 in everything, it doesn't take that long and afterwards you'll be ready to start bossing.
Money Making
After getting 99s in everything, the best way to get money is through PVM. A few of my favorite places are Godwars, Barrows, and Tzhaar. You can get to these locations by talking to Mr Ex at home.

At Barrows you get 75k per kill plus the chance of getting barrows loot.
Tzhaar drop tokkul which can be exchanged for Amulets of fury which you can sell to other players
FOG Tokens
With all of the tokens you've collected from training you can spend them at the fog shop. There are various items you can buy that can be worth quite a bit of money. You can also sell the tokens to players.
